The boarding process takes forever with people waiting on the jetway even though most folks do not have carry-on. The whole process is poorly managed. The plane was delayed coming in and on the tarmac. I was coming from another flight so it made for a very long day. The stewardess kept trying to slam the overhead bins closed and I was worried that she had damaged my new luggage.
